I like the company management, decision of management employee benefits & park time to time, Increment & promotion time on time. If increment on October month but it has applicable from April as an arrears and pay to the employee.

Nothing to like about Jayaswal Neco Industries butibori. It seems like worker -staff, line worker, supervisor treated as same level I. E. Like worker only. No seating place for engineers, Canteen is like tapri. Too much dust in inside company area. Facility 0. Even Manager work as Like worker instead as supervisor. No seating placefor lunch.
