Job security is there but promotion is like other companies only Like you change job get New Position.Company policies is good and Like PSU only. AGM takes credit of the Fellow managers work's without doing anything because of the power given to them and they give wrong feed back to the management about their Colleagues.

It was very hectic job for me because I normally doing specifications in government and Private project Which resulted in huge profits to the company but biggest problem with the company is that it doesn't want to change from lalla culture.

No seating place for engineers, Canteen is like tapri. Too much dust in inside company area. Facility 0. Even Manager work as Like worker instead as supervisor. No seating placefor lunch.
