As every coin has two aspects like that our educational system has some drawbacks also. Working hours is too high we have to work for more than 15hours a day due to residential nature of our school. We have no time for our family. We are totally incapable of fulfilling social as well family obligations. In addition to that no better school is there nearby our work place for our child education. I teach economics from class 9th to 12th. Apart from this I'm a class teacher smart class incharge and members of various committee. As our school is residential I'm given the responsibility of warden and regular visit of mess.
