There is a lot of internal loopholes and politics, management doesn't adress issues easily , salery is good still career growth is slow, nk work life balance overhere. If one is appointed here as contractual employee then every one will going to treat you as per your self respect.. I found some of people very arrogant.

Good work environment with school students at residential setup, couligues and management are mostly supportive. huge ground and campus to feel stressfree, and to be very honest as it is a government institution and I am on contract basis so there is no hike at.
