we have many opportunities here to work with different culture students.. residencial setup is just like a big family in a place..

yes, there is less time to generet yourself.. less time for your life and family. all time on duty even at your quarters. housmastership is a burden on teachers. non teaching activities are much irritative.

it was a challenging job for me as i was posted in J&K. leaving my family for this job was a difficult tast for me.. you are everytime on duty.. you cannot live freely in the campus as the principal and students may catch your personnel activities..

Navodaya vidyalaya school has best routine for students as well as teachers also we got many experience from their. CCA program, Sports activities and Academic system are very well.

Dislikes

I am a contract teacher. Navodaya vidyalaya school's contract teacher are not care by authority. Suppose I am working in Navodaya vidyalaya school with my best activities unfortunately If a regular teacher is coming in my area(same subject) they will terminate me. I have to go I have to avoid my job there is no guarantee.
