- academics are simpler and methodology is good - easy to deal with students and parents - vast scope of learning new things -teacher can upgrade themselves through training

- 0 work life balance -24hrs duty. No free time or personal space at all - students interfere with personal life - only join if you are bachelor or not getting any other good job - even if the salary is quiet high please don't fall prey to it. There is no mental satisfaction

JNV platform is a good education center for all students. i never faced any problem in Navodaya. school management is also good. Jnv students are very intelligent and hardworking, co worker's are very supportive, over all i am very happy to working as a Navodayan teacher.

Navodaya vidyalaya school has best routine for students as well as teachers also we got many experience from their. CCA program, Sports activities and Academic system are very well.

I am a contract teacher. Navodaya vidyalaya school's contract teacher are not care by authority. Suppose I am working in Navodaya vidyalaya school with my best activities unfortunately If a regular teacher is coming in my area(same subject) they will terminate me. I have to go I have to avoid my job there is no guarantee.
