Good work environment and culture , coiluligues are well behaved and mostly cooperative. There is a huge campus for make urself happy and pleasant.school environment is good .

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal loopholes and politics, management doesn't adress issues easily , salery is good still career growth is slow, nk work life balance overhere. If one is appointed here as contractual employee then every one will going to treat you as per your self respect.. I found some of people very arrogant.

Work life is good as your have to work with students , but management is not very much suppotive to you. I struggled in the beginning but learnt things by doing everyday .. it is 24×7 job as it is residential system so you cannot think work life balance
