Since it's a M&M group company, all policies apply for Jawa / Classic Legends as well. All, except the salary revision & performance bonus which comes delayed of 2-3 months after M&M employee gets it.

No work ethics. Top management thinks of you as a slave. When the actual problem is with the management/ product/ marketing, the blame is on the field team to sell. Hardly any work life balance. Morning 8.30 the first call starts. Last call may end by 9.30 pm if you are lucky and if the top management is busy. Else, you are done.There are no holidays or weekends here. Top Management Specially HR, Service Head, RM's, its not good to join the company the reason is as if you trying to switch the job from this company to other company you will get threats and these people make terrible life by making interfere with your future company process.
