No work ethics. Top management thinks of you as a slave. When the actual problem is with the management/ product/ marketing, the blame is on the field team to sell. Hardly any work life balance. Morning 8.30 the first call starts. Last call may end by 9.30 pm if you are lucky and if the top management is busy. Else, you are done.There are no holidays or weekends here.
