Since it's a M&M group company, all policies apply for Jawa / Classic Legends as well. All, except the salary revision & performance bonus which comes delayed of 2-3 months after M&M employee gets it.

Dislikes

No work ethics. Top management thinks of you as a slave. When the actual problem is with the management/ product/ marketing, the blame is on the field team to sell. Hardly any work life balance. Morning 8.30 the first call starts. Last call may end by 9.30 pm if you are lucky and if the top management is busy. Else, you are done.There are no holidays or weekends here. Just work with no result and no appreciation. Attrition is very high due to these practices.....Read More
