They pay your higher as per normal standards in India, that too slightly higher but not as per inflation.

Dislikes

The dislikes are too many, very unhelpful management, they hire you and in a month or two they threaten to fire you, it's a cold calling job where there is no direction on it no results, they give you data that is from naukri.com and job seeking sights so you need to call them and ask them if they want to do a course, everyone who wants to support the management will say the data is fine but they themselves know the data is crap, lots of favouritism, some are given leads and fresh leads , access to chats and some are not, the tl i had his name was nitin, he never responds to emails and will just put the employee on pip, he will respond to girls email but if you are a guy then buddy your gone!! Then you have mrinal who is the chief manager trust me he looks like he is unwell, he looks sick, he seems like a zombie who just wants admissions, they don't monitor the calls and they don't want to help with the sale and they don't want to bring down the cost, what a waste of time and useless company and no one even knows what is Jaro education, so it's a very tough sales job and they simply fire you and don't follow the terms and conditions on the contract they change it once you are in the company. They make you sit back after the regular time and go on Sundays, they haras and they will say no we don't but will send you emails and make you feel like crap even if you are working hard they the managers only talk to the people they like and keep them and give them leads ,, if you are a new comer then you are left to feeling alone and lonely with no support, it is a unhealthy place don't go for the money they will literally tell you they can't afford you just two months later, (aukad nahi hai )cause they only need admissions and they don't care if you dial 500 a day but get an admission , they want you to keep dialling and dialling like a donkey!!! The day they fire you they won't give you another chance , they didn't let me serve notice only paying me for 15 days just asking me to leave, pip then get out, in usual companies it is pip, pdp and then notice and Tata bye bye, this is a desperate company that has no values and will make you lose your own values....Read More
