This is employee friendly company. HR policies are too much friendly. We are working from home as well in field. We are used to work in discipline prior to lock down even. However company is not putting too much pressure on employees to be in field all time. No doubt one of good company.

Dislikes

Company has shun policy for promotion. They have made everything dependent on their supervisor which is very much suicidal for employee. HR should closely look for it and make some amendments in policy for promotion.
