The local branch manager, no words to explain his character. No leadership quality , a complete lier & politician. Always demotivate people & take the chance to keep people under his feet. The upper management need to look into this. People are living due to this & salary structure is not at all good for the Old people.

Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process
