Company is not focusing on encouraging career of their employees through some kind of professional encouragement like promotion and performance appreciations even after employee is performing consecutively year on year.

Hectic schedule meshed up with lots of process to manage and pass the levels to secure a sell from lead generation to deliver the material to customer. lots of meetings and explanation required, Full day busy to follow rules and regulations & you didn't get personal space between 10 to 7 PM

Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process
