I was happy with Jaquar but I am giving the review only for what you really need to work.

Dislikes

The working environment was too bad. I was just watching agents enjoying their leaves but at the same time I was asked for probation period for leaves. There was no respect in the office, any one can shout at us in front of the whole office, that too in a very shameful manner. Is this good? Are we a school going kid? There's a lot more to say but I don't want to spoil my mood again. Lots of agents are leaving their job only because of office environment. Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process

This company needs to emphasise upon its employees growth too, where minuscule growth is given. Pure Indian company without any processes and procedures. Older and senior employees in management are unwilling to work and come to play politics due to which emerging verticals remain emerging. Gossiping culture without any strong vision to change. Good company for those who don't have career vision.
