Job security is really we have. Work culture is a world class and Very transparent . Management is very Strict and of course in line with company Ethics and Principles. Company policies are in favour of Employees Different Benefits. Salary and other Perks are so attractive. One more attraction is World class RG township. Family safety and Job security are really great here.

In Ril, there is 5 days working. So it's really interesting to work. We can enjoy freely with family on weekends. No restrictions on leave. Full freedom we have with fulfilling Assigned tasks.
