It is the wrost place to work. The Unit Head of Malanpur plant ashok goyal is very cheap person. He supports the illiterate people and suppress the educated one. He also molastate the lady employees. No value of educated people. He is spreading corruption in entire company

Purchase head of Malanpur plant Arunesh Bhadoria runs his own shop, factory and transport. He exploit the educated youth No value of education in Jamna Auto

Agriculture implement division is worse, senior level GMs doesn't have any business sense because they don't understand market and don't consider any feedback of the sales and marketing employee. They also don't know how to implement the business agri market. It was really a worse experience with Jamna Auto - Agri Division. Management should change GMs of all department in Agri Division. -low income pay -Rumours are spread about you by some people who might be at the same level of seniority as you -no vehicle transport like bus or something for company employees, you have to come by own means of vehicle and no compensation is given for it -HR department doesn’t care about your mental and physical health and won’t do anything if you report some kind of bullying or harassment happening in the work premises.
