Agriculture implement division is worse, senior level GMs doesn't have any business sense because they don't understand market and don't consider any feedback of the sales and marketing employee. They also don't know how to implement the business agri market. It was really a worse experience with Jamna Auto - Agri Division. Management should change GMs of all department in Agri Division. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Terrible work culture at Malanpur plant

Plz guys. If u value ur career, stay away from the Malanpur plant. Its for politicians not professionals. No job security at all. No respect for merit. Only if u r related to any top guy, u will be valued. Specially young engineers, wait if u arnt getting any jobs, but don't join this as after 6 months u and workmen on the shop floor wud be doing exactly the same job and eventually ur career will grow exactly at his pace.
