Worst upper management,Egoistic employees,Most of employees are illiterate so there is very very few option of growth as they doesn't know about product knowledge,how to talk with customers even Vice President have this quality.Laziness environment,No interpersonal skills in employees.If you work good for the company someone is always poke his nose in your work and get let you down always.All this happen in Generator Department.
