Pressure of sales is less , some staff is best but some specially domestic team is worse team , salary will not deduce even in lockdown

Seniors try to break internally , servents have no sence how to talk , all abusive language , if you have power you will be king otherwise no one will not be interested to listen to you , industrial team is good and polite but domestic team is worse team , always approach you to give resign and irritate you ...

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issus. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Good company to work over, can have good start over here, but not like u can see ur long time career over here. But it's a company where u feel quite comfortable and Ppl are very lovely.

facility like cab,meals,no bonus and almost no increment.

If you have buttering skills your job is secure always.Appraisal is good per year because no-performance matters in this company.

Worst upper management,Egoistic employees,Most of employees are illiterate so there is very very few option of growth as they doesn't know about product knowledge,how to talk with customers even Vice President have this quality.Laziness environment,No interpersonal skills in employees.If you work good for the company someone is always poke his nose in your work and get let you down always.All this happen in Generator Department. Demotivated activities by management.Company's upper management is like tyrant.So I have a suggest don't spoil your precious career by join this company.Employees have designation but no power to do something positive.Many employees are placed same as they join this company

Very well work environment, teammates - work life - travel it's very good, no more politics from ground floor, also training provide like iso, job secuor if you work good for jakson

Appraisal not good because of every one Has same increment all employees so no meaning to hard working and give extra effort also wastage of our talented
