Only one thing is that waivers will visit there from different areas and know about company culture. Company provide the facilities to them like food and travel.

Dislikes

Disgusting behaviour of Senior Manager and Management Staff. No value, no learnings and no ownership. Will insult you in front of anyone. Toxic environment and demanding 365 days of working. No value of employees. Will talk badly about your family in front of anyone. Owner also disrespect you and will ask you to labour kind of work. No work ethics.

Pls don’t join this company. Work culture is really bad. No job security. Very high employee attrition rate. Work hard and look for better opportunities and pls don’t make the mistake to accept their job offer. HR managers are inefficient and so is the founder of the company. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
