Its Very good opportunity to work with baggit. The company culture is good and treat everyone with dignity & respect. All Colleagues are very good and like close friends. All policies are in place & culture is very friendly. work balance life also had a good manager.

Dislikes

a little bit of internal politics. Seniors are supportive but if they are helping you means its going bad for your appraisal. Here your ratings always decide by your seniors. Whether your doing good or not.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
