Indian brand giving direct and indirect jobs to locals.

Dislikes

Overall it is ok company to work with. Needs improvement in all departments. Owner should have trust on Top management and should give them free hand to perform. Cash flow is too slow which affects salary and payments to its vendor.

HR team is amazing and always ready to help, each deparments have Heads, this all HOD are working since long and are very helpful for new joinees. They guide new joiness and are very co-operative. The Owner Ms Nina Lekhi herself is very polite and lead in front to welcome the new joinees. This company also send each employees to spiritual camp which is mandatory every six month.
