Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager - E-commerce to drive growth and strengthen relationships with key e-commerce partners.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and a strategic mindset to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Ajio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and improve brand presence across online marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to optimize listings and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities with e-commerce partners.
- Implement SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their operational aspects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage key stakeholders.
