Jain Irrigation is a company pioneer in providing Lift Irrigation and Micro Irrigation turnkey solutions with latest technologies. It was really a good experience to be a part of such a reputed organization for a long time. No doubt Jain irrigation provides high quality produces with engineering services to its clients. I also got a chance to travel Europe to get some training on On-demand irrigation. I am fortunate enough to get the chance to work in Rajasthan, MP & Chhattisgarh for Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. As far as company environment is concerned, overall there is a multicultural environment and my colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds. Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high because of lack of clarity in job responsibilities. Hierarchy is poor in functions. There is lac of proper appraisals and your hard work go unnoticed during salary revisions/increments/promotions. Also there is no on job training for freshers except one initial training, hence senior associates like me have to guide them step by step, which always keeps us under pressure for successful operation of the various components of the projects. Truly speaking, my job profile was really challenging as i had to look after a complete turnkey project right from the designing to complete execution of the projects. I really worked hard to get the assignments done within stipulated time period.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
