Work environment, job security, travel, growth, learning, etc... I really love that i was a part of that company and worked as a team leader. There i learnt many things also all staff was very corperative. I really would like to travel n always curious to learn new things and there i got an opportunity to travel and visit supplier and see there manufacturing setup and brushup mu technical skills.. mine past experience was really good but due to some my personal issues i left that job otherwise it would be my pleasure to work for them.....Read More

According to me the work environment was quite good and also it fulfill all necessary requirement of employee.. Only the thing i notice was because of too friendly nature there is a lack of professionality .. no doubt all are really helpful and friendly and that was a good part but still there are some employee who took the another meaning and that nature interupt the work culture...

Work Details

I was a team leader and i have to look after entire solar inward motor quality.. I have to always interact with supplier for development and design purpose with cordinating research and development team.. my task is slightly repetitive.
