You are given so many different tasks with strict deadlines apart from teaching that you are overburdened and end up feeling exploited by the management. No appreciation for your work. and no job security. The pay is very less according to the amount of labor that we are made to do. You will not get the due respect as a assistant professor from the management and staff.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, they hold my 2 months salary and gratuity and also not reimburse me bills payment of 2.5 lac from last 4 year's. Chairman, Admin Manager and Accounts Manager always use abusing language with staff
