Yes. The company is basically ready for worksharing any type of jobs with our counterpart offices abroad which suited my type of work.
Initially as H&G it was a very secured job. We worked freely any was getting a very free freehand while operating. But later it was slowly becoming politically very poor and people started started leaving whenever opportunities arrive.

The Work life balance is excellent. Its a haven for lazy, inefficient workers. Nobody speaks business language English. Engineers is speak in marathi and clients are happy with deficient output. Working for 1-2 hours per day and shamelessly charging 8 hours per day is firm benchmark.
Very poor hikes, rotten HR policies and Sir-Mam culture is encouraged at all levels. Lack of competitive resources. Labor lacks demographic diversity. Parking problems, No gym, No library, No reimbursements
