Only MD of that company is nice and cooperative

All staff and basically HR department is too much irritating and also no salary , no joining letter, no confirmation letter , no revealing letter , no experience letter and no health card ,no esi card All above are not given by HR dept and also if you reassign than no sallry will given to you also sallry late after 15days of every month . No safe for female candidates

It was not so much good experience, Company is very bad about paying salary, No any fix time or date when you get salary and there is a rule which is always hidden, they will tell you when they need it .

How to make a new employee fool for working with company. They gave good package before joining and after that they decided a target.

Everything, they use the new joinee whole month and at salery time they says that you didn't get sale so you work on commission basis and will not give you the salery and the management also not supports in any matter. They dont provide any product related training even they will not tell you in which product they deal and expect from you that you will achieve 50lac target without getting any support from them.
