The work culture, company ethics, higher ups micromanage you and try to control you even after you have completed your work or finished your work hours. Expectation is that you work here 24*7 like it's your own company and you gotta do everything like any work will be given to you heavy workloads and compared to that the salary or increments or the treatment given to you is shit. They make you work on weekends and anytime and no extra pay is given. No heirarchy or control internally. It's a product based company stil no documentation for any activity or releases or tests or why certain thing was done. No track on any development since they started in document form. Not supportive. Tremendously stressful job and way you are treated is bad. Higher ups make fun of people, talk weird things about you, talk down on you, bring in your personal situations and use them to harass you or embarass you or to use the situation to there own benefit in meetings and places where everyone is present and there are people who you are meeting for the first time, or at times even in front of clients. Very ungrateful about all the employees who put so much hardwork and so much extra work. Still they are shouted at, mistreated, never paid a dime extra and made to feel as if they aren't doing enough and should just be fired and that the employees should feel grateful that the company is atleast paying them. It's complete torture, extortion of every bit of work out of you, extreme overworking and not motivation rather they suck out the confidence you might have and make you complete demotivated and depressed....Read More

They even do not given personal life for the leaves, on time leaving and reporting time, appraisal prospective. they do not have cafeteria facility not even having tea providing.

Gor exposure to client side working, monotonous roles, however learnt key skill of dedioinf here

Overall good learning experience while working with the company. All colleagues work happily in collaboration.

No job security at all. The work pressure is high. Management do not value individuals opinion. Not a single facility for employees (No free food, no free transport, no cafeteria, no team outing, no trainings)
