Only job security is there otherwise there’s no reason to join

Dislikes

Salary is always late. Holds salary and if you’re not performing then they will deduct your salary. Diplomatic and small organisation thus too much favouritism and politics They will provide money to their loved ones but not to the ones who work hard

Excellent career growth and a great platform for freshers too. Co-operative teams, if we are lacking somewhere in work, regular meetings with the upper management boosts our enthusiasm. Obviously, if we are giving our 100% in work then need not to worry about JOB SECURITY. Every year we got increments and appraisals in salary, with respective incentives.
