Opening for the position of Marketing Director with a US Insurance based KPO-Kolkata


This is regarding an opportunity with a leading US Insurance based KPO.

Role: Marketing Director

Location: Kolkata

Salary: Negotiable

Job Overview:

- The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that helps to put Marble Box India as a leading brand among prospective hires.

- This includes setting clear OKRs, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. A compelling brand narrator who would oversee Digital Marking efforts, work collaboratively in alignment with US based marketing agency & sales team in B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies & campaigns that appeal to prospective hires in India.

- Marble Box as an employer of choice for candidates in India.

- Lead the creation of impactful content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos, tailored to our target audience.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to generate leads and enhance online visibility

- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that lead generation campaigns remain effective.

- Conduct in-depth market research to influence marketing strategies, identify trends, and understand competitor activities

- Partner with the sales team & US marketing agency to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned, particularly when it comes to lead qualification criteria and communication strategies Implement on the strategy developed by the US marketing agency.

- Develop and refine lead handoff processes to ensure high-quality leads are effectively transferred to the sales team.

- Provide the sales team with insights, tools, and resources to help convert leads into customers.

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase the sales pipeline.

- Develop and execute lead nurturing programs that help convert prospects into customers, using email campaigns, content offers, and personalized outreach.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

- Analyse the customer journey and use insights to continuously refine and optimize lead nurturing strategies.

Experience: 8-15 years of proven experience in "B2B marketing, with a flavour of US Insurance industry / BPO market"

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

- Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Desirable:

- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ZOHO Campaigns etc).

- Proficiency with website analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)

- Expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.

- Proficiency in clear and concise messages - familiar with frameworks such as StoryBrand framework.
