no work-life balance. you have to be available 24*7. in recent times there has been a sharp decline in culture. there are some unnecessary positions in tech upper management only for abusing powers. Devs are responsible for any failures and for credit upper management is there. not safe for females (few harassment cases have been seen). there is heavy politics, favoritism is at its peak. either you become a fav of someone at the top or ready to get fire. no job security, and each quarter 4-5 people got fired....Read More
