There is nothing to be like and appreciate.

Dislikes

No work culture, no team support, no management, policies has to be changed according to seniors convince, force employees to do work for 12 to 14 hours or on every weekend even if employee is not well ( means treat employees as a servent), no people management, never motivate or appropriate to employees for their work & always demotivate and compare them from managers or TL work.
