Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. The staff is highly talented and eager to perform, but some individuals are creating superficial obstacles and seem unwilling to see the site succeed.

The CEO, who is sitting is Calcutta office of the company is a cancer to this wonderful site, actually there are 02 site unders his supervision in India. One at Panipat and one at haldia. He is literally eating Panipat site like termite just to get praise from Haldia site. Because Haldia site is from their mother company and this Panipat site is from Indorama venture.
