Its very far from the main indore city. Company has buses running at fixed hours of the day. If you miss them, you’ll struggle reaching the company. The people have a blinkered view of about everything. They think that they work in the best company and under best environment. the whole environment will make you remember your school days. No any decided/written Standard guideline for work, every thing is based on person memory. almost all work is man based, not process based. unnecessary complexity created in work. and management didn't willing to resolve it.

First a fall it is good platform for learning at field and you face new challenges and that's a good for development.

After 3 year working as a full time job , but still company not promotions my post, and that's the not genuinely right . I am daily working 9 to 10 hr in field at mining location and provide service to customer and try to on road vehicle as soon as possible. Company need to be improve this type of issue.

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. Not a good environment to work for a person who wants to contribute but excellent place for the people who can only mail and shout....Read More

Company is very excellent , he always pay the attention to our worker.

Dislikes

There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time. There are no any person who can stop this activities. I don't like of this type culture.
