Some of the new people in the leaderships are terrible they will take irrational decisions and don't know about how to convey things in the teams specially in the Engineering Department. The top stakeholders do not see what is going on in the teams and the department heads are dictators. They wish to hire anyone of their choice and then fire anyone who do not align with their thoughts. HR department is another messed up department here. The director think she is the one who owns everything and can do whatever she wants
