The only thing I liked working in ITChamps is because of beautiful Mysore place. nothing other than this motivated me to work here

Dislikes

Dislikes are many. 1) Cheating in the name of internship by taking huge amount 2) Peanut pay to the employee 3) No salary hike to the prompt employees who work harder. giving hike to one group (4-5 members) who are permanent employees 4) management at its worst including HR too. 5) the company is running only through academy. no real revenue from software export.

A lot of unwanted mess in this company. People are very rude and unprofessional especially starting from the head level. Projects are like pennies without any real exposure. The first 4 to 5 persons at the head level are pure arrogant and no support from them. Only shouting. I am worried about my interview which i am going to face after the bond completion here.
