Brand is good. Very Wide range of product portfolio. People perception is very optimistic when you say you work for ITC. On time salaries... Good network. On the job training is very good and knowledge on FMCG working will be improved. Travelling allowance, Sampling reimbursement.

Dislikes

Culture is very poor, you hardly get to see your immediate boss because of the nature of the work - on field sales. You have to be very calm and respect your colleagues and bosses with 'SIR'. Also as an area executive you hardly get to know what's happening in your company. HR is almost useless... HR hardly connect with employees toget feedback. Lot of work. Most of our targets depend on other employees productivity. Technical skills will go down... very down. You'll make love with EXCEL ONLY. Frequency of getting promotions is very low. No team outings, no team lunches, no entertainment. Just come to your work... Be a ROBOT... Go to home. Full on field sales role. Health, hygiene and lifestyle will be disturbed for sure....Read More
