Ta and Da was good. Also, so much to learn at such great and large company. Sometimes, I regret leaving the company but at the same time I remembers I needed peace of mind and work life balance. Then , I think, i took right decision. I miss working at itc ltd only remembering its Ta&Da policy,incentives and also the market value and reputation.
