Working culture and company surroundings are beautiful, people here are active and optimistic, we can gain knowledge on different policies that our company follow. We have many cultural activities that we enjoy like in our college. There are company outings, department outings etc.

Dislikes

Nothing much we dislike but a lot of politics are there and growth should be there.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products, focused on safety and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the north-east Asian countries. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Need to think on performance based rather than time based upgradation and compensation.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire procurement of raw materials available from farm forestry owing to required quantity, quality and cost. But I enjoyed with working.

Company have bad hierarchical system of IITian, NITian and Non-IITIans or NITs, they pay gap between these 2 categories is being followed like a regime in ITC's all divisions. It is like caste system in British India, very poor to see that a talented employee from 2nd tier college earns the one-third salary than a so-called IITian or NITian those who don't add too much value for company always. It's a great company for the one who want to initiate career in paper industries because none other company in India is Bigger than ITC papers. It will give u all independence to create, learn and focus on your goals in technical and in non technical terms.

Dislikes

Remote location and little problem can happen due to regional language when u will come initially but with respect to time u will learn gradually.
