Once your are in you need not to worry about the job security..

No medical for dependent parents No salary hike. Each and every promotion would take minimum 3-4 years. No weekends and no holidays. No work life balance.. Usuage of TPM at peaks. Never ever gone for a outing.

You will get bombarded and Rodgered from all the sides..No weekends nothing .Everybody will over loaded with various activities.Addition to that achieving TPM and JH levels is a hectic task..

I am feeling here good work environment and it motivates to give innovative ideas. So, in future if any new project I can give more suggestions related to increase the productivity, reduce the rework problems and new ideas for advanced technology...
