If it's possible to give negative rating then I will, because in this knowledge does not matter. In this company, job security = 0, management = 0, development = 0, responsible senior = 0. They always need those employees Who can spend extra time in the office but output does not matter. I have spend three years in this office, andI am shocked that what happened in the office. I am sorry for this but I can't see this, they need slave not employees because every employee is the member of the company...Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
