No job security,poor work-life balance,no professionalism, looking at the work from a religious/spiritual point of view, rigid rules, very demanding,not respecting the personal belief system of employees

Work Details

I was hired as a counsellor for psychological counselling.But later they informed me that the project changed and the position has to be changed to a patient advisor. There was no clarity on my job role.I was forced to practise few spiritual rituals

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I started off with attending enquiry phone calls at Isha foundation. Now, at Isha Life Health Solutions, I am in charge of social media and coordinate activities related to that.

I am so happy to be a part of Isha Life Health Solutions for over one year now. I liaise with different departments like the front office, pharmacy, maintenance. I can't put in words the satisfaction which I get from our customer's experience.
