Company has its own colony in which seniority based accomodation available. Most of it's houses are too much old. Top floors are very much terrible in rainy seasons, summer and cold. Colony gets polluted due to paper mill and sugar Mill (too much waste come through air, also bad smells in all around colony)

Job security is one major aspect. There are continuous hire and fire. All depends on your boss. Work is not considered. Bosses trying to mitigate it's just below grades(like if your boss is at manager grade, he tries to expell deputy manager/asst manager/senior engineers to secure himself for a long term. Under this circumstances whatever good work you did, boss prefer junior engineers works to downgrade you. In many departments, boss is at director post, but their immediate junior is engineer or it's below. No manager/deputy manager/asst manager is there. Also there is no appeal consideration. Boss division is last. HR are 'naam matra' at this company, they are only there for recruitment and resignation process. Also company trying to expell it's employees during awkward situation like corona,recession etc in which situation worst in market. Company is too much 'heartless' in this case. Next thing about this company is it's remote place (connectivity from big cities is so poor, good hospitals are not available). Whole city gets jammed with sugarcane/wooden trolleys, trucks. No good educational Institute. Too much remote area. Air gets polluted due to sugar and paper mills. Master- Slave system present and visible in company and it's colony. Every facility is for higher authority and lower-middle level have to fight for each and every ocassion. Company have old infrastructure. There is too much paper works. Technology is old and copied. People not willing to share knowledge. Training are for higher authorities favourite persons. They play with employees career.ruthless and emotional less policies. Think about your family before joining lucrative offer. No increment . high politics .....
