No work security. Employees can be terminated at any stage without any prior notice if they disagree onto something with the senior most employees of the company. Deputy General Manager is being remote controlled by Senior Managers, Vice President etc., and he doesn't have any say in any matter.

MD interferes in day to day operations of the company. All retired people are sitting on the top posts. The appraisal methodology is very vague.
