Company has good set up to attract candidates to join company. Company revenue is good to handle big team.

Dislikes

No Professionalism. No leave policy. More Hiring Firing, Not provision of paid leaves, holidays. No confirmation, no appraisal, even completing couple of years. Not providing details for PF accounts. not sure about existence of PF account. and many more corns

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
