Dislikes

Company is dependent on borrowed work force from Indian Railway, whose commitment towards the company is not as per the desired level and hence the possibility of growth of the company gets hindered.

Work Details

I am looking after project co-ordination of one of the largest project of the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
