If u are going other than surveillance dept. Than u will have good growth in wealth wise as well as by position...u will enjoy the work nd ur personal life. U have company bus to pick up nd drop. Shift timing are good but sometimes u need to stretch depend upon the business requirements. As work place i feel awesome working environment.

Team mates nd team leader are not understanding neither they are smart enough to take decision at right time..there is no co ordination between each other. Talking about the work politics it is more than the real politics....there is no personal life in surveillance dept. I had experience worst working environment in my department. All the above complaints are directly pin point to surveillance dept. Other departments are not included...Read More

Salary Incremant. For increment releted not any polices of HR in IRB ony 3% to 8% Equly all empolee Promation...at least other company 3 year compalsory promation but...IRB not anythinng this. Resign..after the resignation letter the person does not talk once HR. what is the problem. Worst company, No employee benefits from company. This job are third party pay roll on IRB company, No insurance hase provided Canteen facility not available also coffee machine is not proper. In all over you find cockroach.
