Salary Incremant. For increment releted not any polices of HR in IRB ony 3% to 8% Equly all empolee Promation...at least other company 3 year compalsory promation but...IRB not anythinng this. Resign..after the resignation letter the person does not talk once HR. what is the problem. In all over you find cockroach.
