I like the leave policy of the company. With bereavement leave, the company also offered maternity leaves for the expecting female employees and paternity leaves for the male employees. Two months back, I became a father and got benefited from the paternity leave policy. I would thank the company for offering such good policies for its employees.

Here we often have meeting to talk about project stuff and how we work. Sometimes these meetings go on for a while, but our seniors make sure we stay active by providing coffee and pastries. Got long service award this year, thanks to the management, my superiors, and my team mates. It’s not my sole achievement. Thanks to all for been supportive to me all these years. I appreciate all. Thanks a lot. My only suggestion to new joiners, just be honest and dedicated with your responsibilities. Rest, all will go right with you.
